Nancy Rose Lorence, Esq.

Ms. Lorence has acquired a vast array of legal experience over her 15+ year career.
She graduated from the University of Cincinnati College of Law in 1995 and joined the Washington, DC, office of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson, a 500+ member law firm with offices across the globe. Her practice there encompassed a wide range of government contracts litigation and counseling as well as white collar criminal defense and investigation, with an emphasis on False Claims Act qui tam litigation.
In 1999 she joined the Experience Works, Inc., a national non-profit, as Associate General Counsel. In this role, she assisted this national non-profit with its goes of providing job training for senior services.
In 2000, she returned to Cincinnati and joined GE Aviation's legal organization. Within GE, she provided services in information technology law, privacy law, commercial contracts, real estate and aviation law.
Ms. Lorence launched her solo practice in early 2012, with a commitment to utilizing her diverse experience, discipline and creative problem-solving in the representation of businesses, individuals and families in the greater Cincinnati area. In addition to a focus on business law, she has also expanded her practice to include family law and estate planning, practicing in courts across Hamilton, Clermont, Butler and Warren counties.

Brandi N. Buchenau is an attorney with Lorence & Buchenau. Brandi concentrates her practice in the fields of real estate, landlord/tenant, small business, and probate and estate planning.
Brandi earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Northern Kentucky University in 2003, and earned her Juris Doctor from Salmon P. Chase College of Law at Northern Kentucky University in 2007. Brandi has varied legal experience having worked for the Law Office of Joseph C. Lucas for approximately two years prior to joining Lorence & Buchenau. Brandi also has professional experience in property management.
